The Space
WiFi is provided in the condo. WiFi calling settings on your phone are recommended, and limiting devices will maximize the speed and calling services available. Outside the apartment, WiFi and cell/internet service are very spotty.
A refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, cookware, silverware, glassware, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and other amenities are available for your use.

Children: Children of all ages are welcome. However, cribs and extra beds are not available.
Pets: Pets are allowed, with no extra charges. Up to 2 pets are allowed, but dogs under 50 lbs are allowed only.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Parties/Events: On-site parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Noise Policy: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times.
Parking: Free parking is available on-site. Please use the designated parking spaces only. Unauthorized vehicles or parking in restricted areas may result in towing at the guest's expense.
Age Restriction: There is no age restriction for check-in.
Payment: Payment is handled directly with the host.
Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required. The deposit will be deducted from any damage to the property during your stay and refunded within 5 days of checkout if no damage is reported.
Wi-Fi Usage: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available. Illegal downloads or activity is not tolerated.
Cleaning Policy: A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. Before checkout, guests are expected to leave the property tidy. Excessive cleaning charges may apply if the property is left in poor condition.
Check-out Procedures: Before leaving, please ensure:
- All doors and windows are locked.
- Trash is disposed of in designated areas.
- Keyfob is returned to its place.
Safety and Security: For your safety, please familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, and emergency exits. The property is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Please keep valuables secured.
Lost and Found: Any remaining items will be kept for 30 days. The guest is responsible for shipping costs for returning items.
Utility Conservation: Please turn off lights, appliances, and air conditioning/heating when not in use to conserve energy and maintain an eco-friendly property.
Local Laws and Regulations: Guests are expected to comply with all local laws, including regulations related to pets, parking, and noise.
